Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
Fast Parking provides vehicle pick-up, transfer, temporary parking, and return services from and to designated meeting points.
The service strictly pertains to transportation of the vehicle and does not constitute provision of a guarded or private parking facility.
2. Nature of the Service
The company operates as a provider of driver and vehicle transfer services and not as a parking facility operator.
Responsibility is limited to the period during which the vehicle is under the direct control of an authorized company driver.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions through the application or other digital means.
4. Customer Obligations Before Handover
- Remove all valuables and personal belongings
- Ensure the vehicle is safe and operable
- Provide accurate vehicle details
- Ensure sufficient fuel or battery charge
- Inform the company of any mechanical or handling issues
5. Personal Belongings
The company bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Condition Documentation
Vehicle condition may be documented through photos or videos at pick-up and delivery for verification purposes.
7. Pre-existing Damages
The company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, whether documented or not.
8. Mechanical Issues
The company is not liable for mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures caused by wear and tear or pre-existing defects.
9. Liability & Insurance Coverage
In the event of damage caused by a company driver, compensation is covered under the company’s liability insurance policy within its terms and limits.
10. Limitation of Liability
The company is liable only for direct material damages proven to result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.
11. Rental Vehicles
Customers are responsible for ensuring authorization to allow a third party to drive the vehicle.
12. Parking Location
If parked in a public or non-guarded area, the company does not guarantee security against theft, vandalism, or third-party damage.
13. After-Hours Pickup
For after-hours service, vehicle keys may be stored in a secure locker and access details are shared through the app.
14. Responsibility for Access Code
Customers are solely responsible for keeping locker access codes secure.
15. Completion of Service
Responsibility ends once the key is placed in the locker and the customer is notified.
16. Vehicle Identification
Customers are responsible for identifying their own vehicle correctly using the license plate.
17. Vehicle Location Information
Any provided GPS vehicle location is approximate and accuracy is not guaranteed.
18. Transport of Company Equipment
Necessary company equipment may occasionally be transported inside the customer vehicle with due care.
19. Vehicle Keys
In case of key loss due to company fault, liability is limited to the replacement cost only.
20. Right to Refuse Service
- Unsafe vehicle condition
- Insufficient fuel
- Dangerous circumstances
- Abusive behavior
- Doubts regarding lawful possession
21. Delays & No-Show
Delays or failure to appear may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
22. Cancellations & Modifications
Booking changes and cancellations follow the policy displayed at the time of booking.
23. Third-Party Actions
The company is not liable for theft, vandalism, break-ins, or criminal acts committed by third parties.
24. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control such as weather, strikes, or traffic restrictions.
25. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used only for service execution and legal compliance.
26. Obligation to Report Issues
Customers must report any issue immediately upon vehicle pickup.
27. Confirmation of Delivery
Confirmation through the app that the vehicle was received constitutes acceptance of its condition.
28. Amendments
The company may update these terms at any time. Updated terms apply to future bookings.
29. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
